Chicken stock, bacon boiled in it, cooled, fat removed, bacon fried[leftover after boiling plus new crispy added, heavy cream, potatoes, Creme Sherry, yes joe, I’m going with Cheese, although it may be a 4 blend Mexi cheese I get at Costco, maybe a little ham stock, maybe a little celery, thyme, parsely, ground pepper, no salt,cornstarch for thickining …just tweaking it now.
Hopefully will have it tomorrow, gotta get ready for the Redskins game!
