I would love to have one of those fancy dual pot brewers.. problem is A)..no space in the trailer, B)..no water line, needs to be a pour over or urn type, C).. needs to be 110v.
 
Breakfast ready to serve by 6:30am, serve for 30 min until 7am start time, then these guys leave base camp to go work on the different sites around the project. So I would get everyone at once. Then would not see them again until lunch.
 
I guess I would need to go the cambro route, brew 2 at commisary before I leave, start a 3rd when I get there at 6am. That would give me 120, 16oz cups, or let them fill their own travl mug, (most likley bigger than 16oz)…..
