Billy, Need some ideas on breakfast items that will hold hot, the grab & go,,,,I think most will want this type, not a cooked to order breakfast.  I was thinking breakfast burritos, sands, bisquits (bridgford rts)  & gravy, oatmeal??  Then cooked to order eggs any style, pancakes/french toast. Will also have fresh fruit, yogurt, milk, juice.

Also want to do a fresh baked cinnamon roll of some sort…any suggestions on a frozen, no proof roll like this?

Don’t really have room for a warmer box, would have to make do with the 2 hole steam table, and could rig up another over my broiler too….
