You could make the coffee at home and brew directly into an airpot (or several air pots). That is what we did.

Yeppers, that is the best method. If you need large volume buy you one of those insulated servers like a  “Cambro” that holds 5 gal. If not take you 6 or 8 airpots. You can even carry some with hot water just to make hot chocolate and instant cappuccino. I sold a good bit of the instant cappuccino and topped it off with redi-whip in a can along with a dash of cinnamon.
