Local, Try Yuban, Dark Roast….It’s not too bad…coming from someone that NEVER buys “regular coffee”….Also, Costco sells Kirkland Organic Blend, a medium roast…roasted by Starbucks, it;s pretty good…$9.99 for 2 lbs……I find the Yuban on sale around here for less than $6 for large can..
For 12 cup pot, I use 4 heaping coffee scoops(1/8 cup scoop) of the Yuban, 4 rounded of the other….
so a 12 cup pot is 72 oz…..so approx 3/4 cup grounds for a 100 oz pot…..or something like that….
