You’re too curious of what I’m going to say next to block me BULLY.  You give good advice about 50% of the time.  The other 50% all you do is belittle people and their opinions.  You try and dictate what YOU want to members and don’t listen to what they want.  If you think I’m going to lay down for you you are wrong mister.  I would PM you to get this settled but we all already know that you don’t respond to pm’s regarding these types of issues.  You think that Renee comment was innocent on your part.  Were you not aware that I posted IN MY THREAD only a link to an article I found informative?  If you wanted to respond to Renee then you should have responded on the sites I provided links to, not my thread !!!  I’m giving you credit for knowing the difference.  I must have been wrong.  As others have pointed out to you, you are not a hot dog cart professional, so quit trying to belittle and bully the ones that are !!!!   DD 
 
edit add:  He must of known he was wrong in the first place to block me so quickly.  Quite an embarrassing situation for him…oh well.  But I will say to the rest of the PRO DOGGERS here.  You won’t catch me in the RESTAURANT PROFESSIONAL FORUM because I am not a chef.
