We couldn’t get armadillo in Alaska so we used moose.  I am serious!!!  Moose makes great chili! [:p]

I got my hands on some ground moose a couple of years ago and made chili out of it… you’re spot on, it was amazing. I haven’t been able to find any since, nobody I know hunts moose.
