Thanks everyone for all the input. I combined the ideas of several people. Held taste tests and come up with what I think is going to work. Tried it out in the field and had a great response from chili-cheese dogs. Had two different people send me several customers asking for them. I’m charging .50 extra for chili and/or cheese on your dog. Sales were slow on nachos, but I expect them to pick up. Again, thanks for all the ideas and input.
