Have to agree with you Tasty Dog…I was wondering the same thing about making the chili. I love the chili I make sooo much and it is sooo good, (I learned it from my Dad during our Dairy Sweet years) that any other chili tastes blah and “canned” to me.
When colder weather gets here I plan on adding additional steam table capacity and I do think you need a good chili with beans to sell by the bowl. Would really like to get a great recipe. I probably will have to pick a good canned chili that I can doctor to ‘comply’ with the health dept.
