Maybe I should call it a steak n cheese? Cheese wiz just sounds bad to me. (but I’m sure it no better or worse than the nacho cheese sauce in a can) I’d rather sell real cheese to the public and I don’t think a sirloin steak n cheese from a food cart would give anyone a bad rep.
