I agree you should stick with one size dog and sausage. I would  price them plain and topped. If business is brisk you do not want to start haggling over toppings.

 

Hiya,

When you say one size dog and sausage do you mean a different type of sausage / frank? I was not thinking of serving any other type of sausage, since coming to the cart and choosing toppings is something of a new experience in itself. I was also intending to boil the franks so cooking a different type in a different manner might be inconvenient.

I was going to charge an extra 25p / 50p (depending on dog size) for toppings such as cheese, onions, coleslaw, sauerkraut etc. and 75p /£1 for  chilli dog toppings.

What do you think?
