Many people do a blind taste test with friends/family to get thoughts. That will be harder for you…because of logistics.

The one factor that may be a positive is that NYC & Chicago hot dog  vendors sell all day/night every single day & night to a very large percentage of tourists from other countries….around the world…on a daily basis…for many years.
