Sadly the bad apples are out there along with the great ones. Doing everything right with  a determined spirit will set you apart as the new mobile hot dog scene . But…it does look like there is a little skepticism on the hot dog front because of those who were out there with their hot dogs “crockpot and  dirty utensils”….and quality is the only way to go.

There are tons of “general”  positive hot dog cart print articles that are just about the business history fun and allure of hot dog carts…not  about  specific brands.
