If I was DW, I would fly the flag as “New York Hot Dogs” and not any brand name.

Wow! I’m really happy you said that – “Big Apple – American Style Hot Dogs” is the name and tag-line. I have a logo and font – which I like but still needs a bit of work, but it shows that at least I am thinking in the right way.

The branding is very important. It could even lead to a whole chain or a franchise – unless it is more of a headache than it is worth. 

Tbh I want a relatively simple life and 1 or 2 busy carts should be enough.
