Think of what the difference would be between a Hot Dog and a Banger and you get the idea. Every country has their idea of sausage.

These are all different mixes of spices, meats gound into a mixture and put into a casing. In most cases they are full of flavor and grilled on a flat grill or BBQ………..There are 1000’s varities of Sausages , all different size links and bulk ground…….Try to find some in your local store and explore the different varities the world has to offer………….Good luck…..Billyb

Thanks for your input. I was hoping to minimise fuss by only boiling my dogs, so it wouldn’t work for sausages here which need to be fried or grilled. I also want to try and remain relatively apart from local traditions, but I’ll certainly be quizzing my US customers on what they would like to see and try to offer it, if feasible. I might even try to offer a pre-order service (maybe through twitter?) if they want something enough and it is profitable for me to supply it.
Just to clarify that dogs are simmered not boiled. Also the foot traffic at your proposed location is awesome!!!!!!! Good Luck….You should do very well. DD
