Old Chinese Proverb:
Better to be Big Fish in small pond than Small Fish in big pond.” 

 
Good proverb, as I know my setup would be swamped in no time at a big event. If I was to do something BIG, I would totally switch gears and rent a large BBQ grill for brats, Italian sausage and dogs, along with two or three turkey fryers for french fries and leave the trailer at home.
