I think the key thing is to have a good balance of sweet & savory breakfast items. I am not a sweet breakfast person, so I don’t usually get pastries at Starbucks b/c they are all sweet. A good zucchini muffin or something with cheese is delicious.
I think the harder thing is to figure out pricing b/c customers are weird about what is a “value” at breakfast.
I will confess to loving a donut from Dunkin’ every once in a while–Boston Cream mmmmm.
