KingT, many thanks for this incredible thread!  And the fact that you were patient enough to post all 30 pics in one post is noteworthy, too!  Sadly, I’ve not been to one of these places, especially in and around Chicagoland.  That’s probably due to what Carolina Bob eluded to earlier: Chicago has so many other specialties that I wouldn’t really think to put burgers on my must-try list.  That could change, though!  Thanks for the inspiration…[;)]  Chris

That really should change, Chris, as Chicagoland has some dynamite burgers. Next time that you and Amy are in town, I’ll take you on a Windy City burger tour ( be sure to bring your appetite. )
