@ Exit 103 on I 26  N of Columbia is a Ryan’s which is a SE US chain but I have always found the food to be above average.  Who can mess up eggs, bacon and biscuits.  There’s a Waffle House just N of Ryans on I 26.  I wish I knew of something better.  Lizard Thicket is your best bet.   It’s a family run business with 14/15 stores around Columbia.  Get off at Exit 113 on Airport Rd.  I think their eggs will be better than Ryan’s.   Get a quick bite and get back on the road.  Go to AJ’s Dockside, Crab Shack, Sundae Cafe and Sunrise on Tybee.  Go to Breakfast Club and Sugar Shack on Tybee for breakfast.  Good luck.
