Hi Erik, and welcome to Roadrood. The sausage and bread dressing would be a Sausage and bun right???????? If so do you want to grill/toast the buns??????????? most of the doggers steam the buns on the Hot dog cart…………..Are you going to do”ristet polse” or a French Hot Dog ????? If your going to need to toast, then you could use a toaster oven, if electric is available, if not a flat grill could be used to heat/toast the bread……….Take care and good luck……BillyB
