Hi Erik-When I think of organic, I don’t think hot dogs. Every once and a while, someone on this site brings organic up. I don’t think I would spend a lot of time or money making organic part of my message to potential customers. I think people that are interested in organic food don’t think of hot dogs. I don’t speak from experience, just my thoughts. Many people come to my cart and say their spouse doesn’t approve normally, but what the heck, they want to have a good old hot dog!
