Did any of you peopel did the same with organic food

In America, people who are buying from a street vendor aren’t worried about “organic”. They want to “treat” themselves to something that they don’t enjoy on a regular basis. The market in Denmark may be different, this is just my opinion.
 
But then again, organic may not mean “low fat”. Fat = taste = money
