I do this mainly as concept.
Here in denmark/copenhagen another guy do the same and he have good succes,at least he whas alot in the media. Here also is alot of organic cafe’s, buthers, in the supermarked you offen here have the choice of organic or not.
f.eks a organic eggs are more yellov and more tasty. 
The danish hotdogs stands are getting less and less in number because it have reputation of unhealthy food.
I think in the future maybe this also hit you.
