Sorry, didn’t mean to bring out such a defensive issue. By all means go organic if you want. I really think a person can be more successful if they truly believe in their product. I’m sure you would find it distasteful to eat the standard hot dog from my cart. My fellow vendors and I are pretty lucky that millions of US people feel different. I think all 10 items that you listed are valid, they just usually don’t translate into profits. One more suggestion, If you are asking other peoples opinions, it might be better to just ignore any that you don’t agree with rather than rebutting them with a long list of why you think they are wrong.
