Driving home this morning from the land of water slides and spinning jet boats, we stopped at Johnson’s Sausage Shoppe in Rio to procure some brats for the taste-off.  I mentioned last year’s contest to the proprietor and she had nothing good to say about the current generation of Schwai’s.  I may have to set up a one-on-one grudge match on September 5 to settle this matter.

I can almost smell the fat dripping on the charcoal already as the trash talking has begun.
