stricken, I’ve never found anything too hot however it still has to taste good.
That leaves Dave’s Insanity out of my diet. I make my own Scotch Bonnet/Habanero hot sauce that I eat almost daily but it is delicious. If those brats are hot but bitter or unbalanced in taste, I’ll leave them for the Man vs Food dude. I’m not willing to brave a sore afterburn the next day unless I like the taste, ya know.[:D]

Looks like I’ll be calling in Adam Richman.  The brats are a little heavy on paprika as well as plain old hotness.
