The rules say chocks and ropes cannot be the only brakes.  I have chocks and I have a thing that they use for pallet jacks that I put my front tires in.  It is a heavy plastic piece that has a square divit cut out so the tires fit in it and can’t come out unless you lift them out. I thought maybe someone on here might have heard of it, but I am going to call the city guy that I got my 1,000 page packet from yesterday and ask him his suggestion since he is one that is supposed to inspect my cart in his city and see what he says.  Thanks.
