Basically it’s a boned out picnic ham. darn good eating!

No it’s not. I know picnic hams. I owned and operated a smoked meat retail and wholesale business for several years. The company was called “Pitts Homemade, Country Smoked Meats” We did quality Smoked Hams, Bacon and Sausage. Our slogan was, “If it’s the Pitts, It’s the Best!”.
This product is flat like a rack of ribs and has rib-like bones in it. If it wasn’t labeled like it was, you would mistake it for a rack of large Baby Backs.

In that case, you should know what it is.
