When I was a kid it was my job to sit one the ice cream churn. I would always get the first bowl. But… that first bowl was always kinda salty. I guess a little salty water would splash in. I still love salty ice cream! Just a few grinds of sea salt. I call it “top a tha churn”. Not so good for me now I know but mmm.
