Papa Joe——Brooklyn and Far Rockaway are far, far away from Texas
and bar-b-q and smoked brisket.  A nice piece boiled brisket needed something, anything, for taste.  Gold’s Horseradish not only gave some zing to dinner it killed the taste of everything else.  And that was a good thing !!!!
