Ancient one, boiling a brisket ???… get a rope!!! If forced to eat such a thing I would probably be happy to have some Horseradish. :~)
 
After looking at this BBV soup several times I would like to take back an earlier statement concerning celery. My conclusion is that this soup needs no additions, or changes, of any kind.
