I’m sure you can’t part with the recipe, but I’d love to make that in our slow cooker. What a great looking soup. Wish you could move your restaurant down South.
Happy to share the recipe, can’t give small quantity as we always do 30 ot. batches
Canned, yes canned, beef broth
Smoked Brisket, most all fat removed, cubed
Vegies you like, no tomato however, cuts the beef flavor
Simmer till potato is done, don’t boil, dries out the meat
That is it, couldn’t be simpler! To not share a recipe shows, to me at least, a misbegotten insecurity, as people can do your recipe a 1000 times and will swear they can’t quite match up to your version.
