I can vouch for Community Bakery in Little Rock. I stopped by the Shackleford location in late afternoon, on my trip in Arkansas. The woman working said they went through many of their baked goods throughout the day. Thus, the selection during my visit was not great. However, I was able to pick up a Red Velvet Cake and boy was it delicious! Be sure to get there early for fresh and selection!
