Hi Stubby77; My hubby and I have a 2 burner cart. On one side, we boil our hot dogs and sausages. on the other, we keep a full size steamer pan. Inside that pan are 3 smaller ones, two 1/4 pans and one 1/8 pan. In the two 1/4 pans, we keep our nacho cheese and chili. the 1/8 pan is for the sauerkraut. All three are kept very hot! So hot, in fact, that if we do not turn the flame down, the cheese becomes too liquid.

Hope this helps.
