yea, but for 335 bucks you can get a regular cheese and chili warmer.

 
Stubby doesn’t have allot of counter space, we both have the same trailer. The above warmer was the smallest footprint unit I could find and it works much better than the steam table for the cheese. That Server warmer is just a tad bit bigger than a standard #10 can. I know my steam table likes to stay pretty hot and usually winds up destroying my cheese sauce. Temp control is not that great, likes to hold around 140 -160 and is very fussy. I find my cheez whiz holds the best at right around 100 degrees. Any hotter and it is toast, nasty burnt taste and smell.
 
As far as my chili, I use a 1/6th pan and a pan liner in water bath in the steam table, my chili holds nicely using this technique.
