First event last Saturday. It was a small local event. Did about 220 dogs. You guys were right, I bought 2 cases of chips, sold less than 10 bags. The favorite dog around here is chili mustard onion. Not one person asked for kraut. I look back at all the past threads and realize when everyone said it’s a lot of work, it is. People don’t know all the packing, set up, tear down and then unpacking it takes. I bet I loaded the coolers three different times before I figured out what fit best in which cooler. I have to thank everyone for all the advice, the health inspector was happy and we had a good time. Can’t wait untill the next event.

Hey, great job. I love love being behind the cart. Time flies when I’m doing an event. It’s the prep and clean up that seems to take the most time and effort. 220 dogs is a pretty nice “first run.” Congrats.
