make it easy on your self.  Make a list of the things you need in reverse order of the way you set up. when you load your truck load it in order of your list, after doing this a couple of times it will become automatic.  So far, starting with a small show, you are right on track, you.are learning to swim before diving into the deep end, Keep up the good work.
