It’s definitely the hardest thing I’ve ever written, but I saw as a necessity both for the healing process for me, as something her friends and acquaintances would want to read and just something to let the Roadfood community of which she was a part since so many of the places I’ve visited were with her, even some suggested by her. Some day I hope to write a list of places she had suggested (at least the ones I remember) and start trying them in her memory. I know whenI take a bunch of people to one of them that she’ll be there with us.
