I don’t get what you are saying. Places here are over the top. Our area is one of the most hardest  hit by economy more than 5 years ago. . The mills are rehiring, not at a pace that most want. But the small mom & pop places and vendors are doing good. In fact better than they thought they would.
Have a place that opened as ICE CREAM, went to lunch for requested by a Mill that has two shifts for lunch 600 each. Call in orders. Now they do Breakfast. Still do Ice Cream and there twice a week for the Peanut Butter Malt.
Their BUBBA BURGER and fries more than the wife and I can handle.
