best of luck stubby in the winter months, I have to agree with chef, take those phone orders! likewise we do alot of those over the phone even before the del. but saying that i also have my wife to help, but even so when she has has to be on her own job i do it alone too. yes sometimes i’m slower… okay most times i’m [email protected] but people have been patient! like a good friend told me once if i have someone taking orders and doing the till i can put out some food but when i’m alone i’m like a one legged man in an ass kicking contest !! truth is I’M not that good even with some one yet !!  seriously though stubby think about that phone gig too, esp. if your customers are askin for it. did you ever get your italian sausage cooking delema solved for you?
