Mike here, thinking the same here, can I make it through a winter? I have one plan, I don’t know if it will work, but we have a Blue Beacon Truck Wash up by the truckstops near me. I have already been ok’d to set up there and have pulled the needed permits. Or, cultivate the area businesses in my present location and hope that they will support me up at the local mall.
 
I hit 50 businesses today with menus and the response was very good, as many knew about me but have yet to stop in. One plant has asked if I can deliver lunch to them, which is an option as I do have help available. Looking at many options, even changing locations if need be. What a racket.
