I have been chewing on this idea for 20 years as I struggled through the corporate world to support the family. I am ready at this point but my son says I am late to the party at this point. I have several questions:
Does anyone have a DD bus for sale (converted or not) the plan is still to offer seating up top and kitchen below?
Is the ROI worth the extra $50 – $70 k?
How challenging is finding parts?
Their is not one in town, but their are plenty of basic food trucks. The grilled cheese truck does the best. Plenty of events, private parties, parking lots, tour opportunities etc. the other option is to get a turn key truck with a unique paint job and great food. I am ready and excited but any feedback would be appreciated.
