So far on this trip report, there’s spicy fried chicken, all manner of barbeque, juicy and cheesed-out burgers, fresh local produce and more…. all set to the background music of Bluegrass, and all placed against the backdrop of local color such as cool bridges and funky roadside eateries and riverside downtowns. What’s not to drool over? This is Roadfood presented in context, as product and symbol of its surroundings–not simply tourism, but real-deal travel.
