By the time that we finished our second dinner of the evening, it was late and we were tired as hell, so we headed back to Henderson via IN 66 and called it a night. Early the next afternoon I’d be leaving for home, but before that, Louis and I would be making one more lengthy drive in search of roadfood greatness, namely the recently resurrected Knockum Hill BBQ in Herndon KY.
