There is nothing intrinsically wrong with take-out, fast-food, frozen food or canned food.
Well, there is a lot intrinsically wrong with too much fat, sugar and chemicals in our diet. Take-out, fast-food, frozen food and canned food just happen to be a common delivery system for what we should be avoiding.
But I agree that food in those categories can be wholesome and healthy. I often use frozen fruit and vegetables for produce that is out of season (as long as the label doesn’t show anything added in the ingredients) and I LOVE canned tuna. Hence this whole discussion about reading labels.
I’m also not militant about it and believe in splurging on occasion, usually by going to a restaurant and then I order whatever I want regardless of health concerns [:D] I just can’t do it often.
