I charged $2 a dog $1 soda, $1 chips/ Special 2 dogs, soda and chips $5
 
I had my wife help me and could not do it without a helper, I put the dogs together she did the money and drinks
 
I won’t do a special next year, I also may not even carry chips.
 
This type of venue was alot of drunk people, I wasn’t to worried about quality more then quanity.
 
I was watching drunk people shoving food in there mouth, they were also tipping real good, witch brings another thing i would do is have a tip jar!The thing I had and the other vendors didn’t, i was turning numbers
 
If I were doing more of a family fair i would do the special, chips, cheese,chili etc.
