yeah, i agree on quality, I think i worded it wrong, That would not be a good business approach.
 
The dogs where great! they were boiling in dirty dog water and coming out delicious, The thing i didn’t like were the buns. Theres nothing like a steamed bun, but i just didn’t have time to steam them.
 
I got my buns from sam’s and they just didn’t look great coming out of the bag and right to the customer. But i just couldn’t worry about it, I had to get them out and keep the line going.
 
I guess thats what i meant, I just wasn’t able to put my best product out there.
 
There was a choice to be made,  Make people wait, For steamed buns, chili,cheese, kraut, Or keep em movin
