I hear ya there, seeings as this was your first gig and all… but now you know that is one of the things you need to factor into getting your product out is being able to steam the buns fast enough to keep up with the demand,don’t forget people don’t mind waiting for quality, but don’t make them wait and then give them an inferior product thats even worse. again look at it as if you were the customer, if you bought a dog from this guy you never seen before and the bun was cold , tough,or what ever the next time you see the guy on the street or where ever you may not buy from him. just a little advise from not a hot dog pro but an eater…………
