I’ll try to cover several places in Santa Fe. I’m not sure it’s the wisest choice, but it’s certainly the “me” choice.
I’ll try to do Five and Dime and Roque’s Carnitas, because their portions seem a little smaller than a full meal.
I’ll skip The Shed, because I ate there in August – but I loved my meal there and I recommend it wholeheartedly. To back up this recommendation, I offer this picture of chilled red raspberry soup – even if you can’t eat a plateful of carne adovada, you could eat a cup of delicious refreshing soup, right?

Michael said the Plaza is doing something special for us, so that’s something to try to seek out, as long as they aren’t out of commission from their fire.
To me, Santacafé looks like a “fancy” place, and though it looks good, it doesn’t call to me as much. So I’ll put that on my might-miss list.
My real hope is to join up with a group of folks who are willing to share with each other, and do whatever the group does.
