A question for Roadfood eating-tour veterans: do you do anything to prepare physically for a trip like this? Like, eat a lot of yogurt, or salads/greens/high-fiber foods, for a few days ahead of time to get the old intestinal flora and digestive/GI systems revved up?

I’ll be in the area for two more days after the tour; unfortunately, those are the two days of the week that the Bobcat Bite is closed. Planning on trips to the O’Keeffe Museum and the Sandia Peak Tramway.
